FedLink Anywhere eliminates the time consuming job of manually preparing customer wire requests and the need to call back customers for authentication. It’s web based design allows bank customers and branch personnel to securely prepare and authorize wire transfer requests from anywhere in the world.

Authorization limits control approval by wire transfer amount, and for Overdraft and Uncollected funds. These limits may be set up by individual, or be configured to require multiple signatures under a combination of authorization groups. Various levels of authority may be set up within a customer organization and within the branch network. Both internal and customer audit logs are maintained for each transaction.

FedLink Anywhere’s workflow logic may be configured to route to the designated Account Officer or approver, customer requests above a pre-defined dollar amount prior to reaching the wire room. When funds are not available, account officers are notified via email to approve the request for Uncollected Funds or Overdraft.

User oriented forms are specifically designed to simplify the preparation of wire transfers. The system is rich with user aids such as templates for repetitive wires, correspondent bank look-up, multiple currencies, and automatic country code encoding.
