FedMail Notifications
FedMail automates the task of advising customers when transfers are received or sent. Once a transfer is approved in FedLink, FedMail immediately produces an advice via either E-Mail or FAX. Account Officers and branches may be set up to automatically receive copies of the advices whenever a transfer is approved for a corresponding customer.
The look and design of the advices are customizable and can be changed at any time. This is done using a set of templates that can be modified to the bank’s own specifications. Different advice templates can be used for incoming, outgoing, and transfers involving third parties.
